About Me
I am a freelance photographer originally from Toronto, Canada. I started Amelia McGoldrick Photography in 2005 specializing in weddings and portraiture and events. When capturing interiors or food-ography, I focus on clean images presented in my own unique style. My passion is to photograph people and to document life’s adventures so when I relocated to Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2011, I created Day Clicker Photo Tours. In the spring of 2013 I expanded my company to include street photography tours in Toronto, Canada.

I really like your front page though is there a way to slow down the scrolling pictures – it’s much too quick (for my eyes anyway!) Buenos Aires is a great for photography – my fave pictures are of street art, theres lots to see in BsAs!
Thanks for taking the time to reply and I very much appreciate your comments. I have slowed the slider but there are also arrows on either side so you can stop, move ahead or back the postings. Hope to see you back here again soon. Next posting is dedicated to making ceviche with Gladyz!
Super informaitve writing; keep it up.
Thank you for uploading this blog! I’m moving to Buenos Aires in one month and can’t wait… you know, the typical college grad that’s taking a shot at living abroad.
I completely agree with you that there are some great porteños to meet out there, who will help you learn about the culture and even remain lifelong friends. Any cultural or linguistic barrier can easily be overcome simply by opening yourself up to them.
Also, your pictures are gorgeous and insightful; please keep posting about your experiences there, I’d love to see them!
Thank you for your kind words about my blog and my work! I am fortunate enough to have made some beautiful friends here in BA both locals and expats with whom I am sure to be lifelong pals. If you would like to subscribe (top right of page) you will be notified when I post new work on my blog. How to make Peruvian Ceviche coming VERY soon! Stay in touch and I would be happy to show you some of BA when you arrive.
